I can not view the dresses. What is wrong?
In order to view our dresses, you must make sure of two things. First you will need Adobe Flash Player installed. This is a free program to download, and you can find it here. Secondly you need to make sure that your web browser is not blocking pop ups from our website. You might see a bar pop up at the top of your browser that says "Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options...". You will need to click on the bar and select "Allow Blocked Content". This should fix any problems that you might be having. You will need to allow time for the pictures to load.
Do you have a store that I can visit so that I can try on different dresses?
We are an internet only store; we don't have any store location yet.
We will recommend that you go to find some local bridal stores to try on some different styles dress and see what style dress looks the best on you, then find the similar style from our website or send us a picture of the dress you like to get a replica dress from us.
What is your return policy?
Our dresses are custom made. All sales are final. We do not accept returns on Custom Made or Specialty Ordered dresses.
Do I need to pay Sales Tax?
We must charge sales tax if you live in the state of Texas. The current sales tax rate is 7.25%.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal?
No. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.
Can I make payments on your dresses?
Yes, you can make payments on our dresses. You can pay with credit/debit via PayPal. We won't start to work on your dress until you pay off the dress. There is a handling fee of 10% if you want to do a refund for any reasons before you pay off the dress.
How far in advance should I order my dress?
Normally, from the time that you order and pay for your dress to the time that you receive it, is 4-6 weeks, but we will recommend that to order your dress 8 weeks at least before your wedding.
Is there an extra fee on plus sizes dress?
There is a plus size fee of $30-$80 (It depends on the fabric of the dress and your measurements) if you order a dress size which includes a bust size greater than 42" or hip size larger than 48".
Do I need a petticoat for my dress?
Our dresses will not have a built in crinoline. Some of our dresses were wearing a crinoline in our pictures. The crinoline will not come with your dress. You will need a crinoline wear with your dress for fullness if you want your dress look fuller. It can be worn without a crinoline for a slimmer look also.
Will I need to do alterations on the custom made dress once I receive it?
Since our dresses are made to the measurements that you give to us, there should not be any need for alterations. This is not only beneficial for you to be able to receive a dress that fits you "right out of the box", but is also very beneficial to provide you with the savings of not having your dress altered.
(We strongly recommend that you have a professional tailor to take your measurements.)
Will the custom made dress be made to the exact measurements that I provide to you?
It is very difficult to make a dress to exact measurements. However, the measurements will be ± .75" of what you provide to us.
I have looked at your Sizing page, but I still have questions on how to take my measurements. Is there someone who can help me with this?
We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress in accordance to our Sizing guide. However, most people are able to take these measurements with the help of another person and a tailor's tape measure. You can also Email us if you have any questions.
